The BPA-2P combines the proven maximum bubble pressure method with modern embedded hardware, intuitive touch operation and mobile stand-alone functionality. Designed for laboratory and industrial environments, it provides reliable dynamic surface tension measurements with exceptional ease of use.

Measure dynamic surface tension over a broad range of surface ages using the maximum bubble pressure method. The BPA-2P precisely characterizes fast surfactant adsorption processes in laboratory and industrial samples.
Directly determine dead time and bubble lifetime to accurately relate measured surface tension to the physical age of the newly formed liquid interface.
Automatically determine hydrostatic pressure and correct hydrodynamic and viscosity effects to obtain reliable dynamic surface tension data across different liquid systems.

Measurement principle
The BPA-2P determines dynamic surface tension using the maximum bubble pressure method. By generating bubbles at precisely controlled frequencies and measuring the maximum pressure during bubble formation, the instrument accurately characterizes newly created liquid interfaces over a wide range of surface ages. This enables detailed investigation of surfactant adsorption, wetting dynamics and fast interfacial processes.
