CA-1M Contact Angle Module for PAT-1M

The contact angle is a quantitative measure of surface wetting, formed at the three-phase contact line where liquid, gas, and solid intersect. The CA-1M determines this angle by analyzing the drop shape—governed by interfacial tension—using a high-performance optical bench and an industrial CMOS camera optimized for sessile and pendant drops. To ensure precise results in surface treatment and cleanliness control, the system features a precision-engineered manual dosing system for stable drop formation and a high-stability x/y/z-axis stage for exact sample alignment.

Precision Measurement Table: A high-stability x/y/z-axis stage with fine-threaded manual adjustment for the exact alignment of samples and specialized measurement cells.
